IOL Chemicals & Pharma :- Technofunda Looks Good (Revised call)

          IOL Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Limited (IOLCP) was uploaded on blog at 82 on 10/02/18. Than after stock made new         52 week high of 152.50 on 18/09/18. 

Which is 85% return on the stock.

Now the market has corrected heavily but the fundamentals and conviction in this stock made me again study this stock at current levels.

TECHNICALS :- 

Technically stock has given breakout on Daily chart. 

(IOL CHEMICALS DAILY CHART)

• Stock have given Double Bottom on daily chart and given Ascending Triangle breakout.

• If stock sustain above this breakout than Stock can see possible 160, 180 levels within 3-4 months. 125 can be SL on closing basis which is DMA50. 

• RSI is bullish. Hidden RSI divergence with Breakout seen on daily chart which suggest next Bull run in stock is awaiting.

(IOL CHEMICALS WEEKLY CHART)

• Stock have given  on Ascending Triangle breakout WEEKLY chart.

• RSI is bullish. Hidden RSI divergence seen on WEEKLY chart which suggest next Bull run in stock is awaiting.

(IOL CHEMICALS MONTHLY CHART)

• Stock is waiting for breakout on Monthly chart. Also Rounding Top formation in making. 

• RSI is bullish. Hidden RSI divergence with Breakout seen on Monthly chart which suggest next Bull run in stock is awaiting.

• Company consistently giving Good Quarterly results from last 11 quarters. Expected same performance in Q2FY19 

• IOLCP is expected to give 16 Cr. PAT in Q2FY19, which is around 300% jump in PAT on YoY basis.

• Company will announce it's Q2FY19 result onn14.11.18.

• Company consistently giving Good Revenue and Sales performance. Expected same performance in Q2FY19.
